Nacho Cheese Fries Recipe for Staying At Home

Ingredients

Potatoes 4-6 (large)

Chicken breast 1 (chopped)

Cheese sauce 2 Cup

Green onions ¼ Cup (chopped)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Paprika 1 Teaspoon

Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon

Cumin 1 Teaspoon

Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon

Garlic Powder 2 Teaspoon

Onion Powder 2 Teaspoon

Direction

For Fries

1. Wash and peel the potatoes.

2. Cut them vertically into thin fries.

3. Boil the potatoes for about 5 minutes.

4. Then, drain the water and pat dry.

5. Take some cornflour and evenly spread all over the fries.

6. Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.

7. After 30 minutes, add the fries to the air fryer, or you can bake them, or fry them in the pan.

For Spices Mix

1. While the fries cook, take a small bowl and mix all the spices except salt and pepper.

For Chicken

1. Cook chicken for about 10 minutes on a low flame.

2. Once they are cooked, increase the heat and make them crispy.

3. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.

For Loaded Nacho Cheese Fries

1. Add the fries in to a large bowl and pour some olive oil and mix well.

2. Add the spices blend and stir well to coat the fries with the spices evenly.

3. Add chicken and onion and put it back in the air fryer for 2 minutes.

4. Top the fries with jalapenos, spring onions, and cheese sauce and serve while it’s hot.
